Andy and Sarah Justice have been married for about three and a half years, and they had been struggling with infertility issues for a few years as well. They were told that, in order to see what was going wrong, they needed to see a fertility specialist. Andy said that when they visited the specialist, he recommended that they try in vitro fertilization. They decided that that was not the option for them based on the cost and low chance of success, so they decided to get started with the adoption process. They were paired with a birth mother, and at her first ultrasound, the doctor discovered that she was pregnant with triplets.
